If the blood spotting occurred after you had performed ghusl following the complete cessation of menses, then you need not worry about it. The cessation of menses is marked by the appearance of white streaks as mentioned in the report from the mother of the faithful Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her).
Otherwise, the spotting is considered as part of menses; you just need to perform ghusl again and resume prayers and conjugal relations only after the spotting stops completely.
