Struggling with Anxiety & Inferiority Feelings

Anxiety can reach a point where it’s crippling and takes so much from your life.

It interferes with your daily functioning and isolates you from others.

When you feel that things are not going well and you start losing control, turn to a therapist or GP for assessment.

Whether it is depression or anxiety, they are going to help you find the reasons behind it.

Feeling less than others is not a default mode; you can learn to think better about yourself.
